Welcome to RS Benelux
We are specialized in return handling of mainly ICT, telephony and healthcare related items. We take the return process completely out of your hands. We have various online and offline solutions for this. When articles stay away for a long time, are scarce or expensive to repair, we have replacements or our own repair facilities. All in the service of a fast and friendly return. We can often meet our customer's own conditions and safeguard them at customer level in our returns process. In addition, it is a challenge for us to still find a solution when the problem is complex or parts are not (any longer) available. We enjoy helping our customers, and you will notice!
Product range
Although not all of the portfolio is listed on the website, we have listed a large number of well-known brands. We also keep stock of the scarce items. There are brands that we can test and possibly repair in-house. And there are those that we forward to the manufacturer, where we take care of the logistics process and monitor the lead time and quality. In addition to new appliances, we are also careful with the older (no longer newly available types). Here we make customers happy who - for whatever reason - do not want to invest in (or postpone) upgrades for whatever reason. Do not hesitate to contact us if your product is not listed! We ourselves believe that repair can be interesting when the new purchase of the product costs € 175 or more.
Sustainability
It comes as no surprise in this day and age that we are fans of sustainable entrepreneurship. We do this on the one hand to prevent devices from being thrown away while they can be repaired. In addition to being sustainable, this is also cheaper in many cases. On the other hand, we have an explicit wish not to produce any waste. We separate our waste as much as possible and try to find a customer for each stream who converts this stream into new raw materials or reuses it. We are not there yet because we have not yet found a good customer for some types of waste. But it is our goal. We also value that recycling takes place in Europe. The electronic scrapping is sent to Umicore in Belgium via a specialized processing company.

Internationally
We work internationally, and have company representatives who speak the local language in a number of European countries. Currently all products are shipped to our service center in Venray, The Netherlands.

A large number of companies have already outsourced their returns handling to us, with RS benelux processing returns in most cases under the partner's label. In addition, we offer a faster delivery portfolio to our business partners whereby RS provides small deliveries on behalf of the partner.
